Panel building
We carry out panel building for control, distribution and switchgear cabinets. You supply the schematic and the accompanying drawings, and we build the cabinet to your specifications, including wiring, terminals and mounting of parts. Complete series of panel building for OEM clients are also part of our daily work.
Cable assembly
Cable assembly is the foundation on which Centwerk grew in the 1990s. We make cables to measure, from simple power cables to complex wire harnesses with multiple branches, heat-shrink tubing and connectors. Both prototypes and large series fit within our production line.
PCB soldering
We solder printed circuit boards by hand for smaller quantities and repair work, and through partners for larger series where SMD lines are required. You can turn to us for through-hole soldering, repair soldering and the assembly of complete control boards.
PC assembly
For PC assembly, we build industrial computers, panel PCs and integrated systems based on your bill of materials. We take care of purchasing the housings, motherboards and peripheral equipment, assemble everything and test the system before it leaves our premises.
Electronic assembly

How is the quality of an assembly tested?
The quality of every assembly is tested according to the arrangements agreed with you in advance. This includes visual inspection of soldered joints, continuity and insulation measurement of wire harnesses, functional tests of panel-built cabinets under power, and operational tests of assembled machines. The testing method is tailored to your product and your requirements, and we document the results for each order.
Can Centwerk also carry out assembly on site?
Yes, we also carry out assembly on site, in particular for larger machines that are difficult to transport as a whole. In those cases, we pre-build sub-modules in our workshop and assemble the end result at your premises or at your end client. For smaller assembly projects, everything is handled by default in our own workshop, where we keep a closer eye on quality control and lead times.
